Marinaded hake roe

Ingredients:
  • 500 g of hake roe
  • Salt, vinegar and olive oil
  • One medium tomato
  • 1/8 of an onion
  • 1/4 of a green pepper
How to make it: 
Put plenty of water in a sauce pan then add 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and the hake roe. Bring up to a boil, put the lid on and turn the heat off and then leave in the pan for 10 minutes and then take it out, drain it and let it cool on a plate. Whilst it cools down, cut the tomato, green pepper and onion and add a pinch of salt, 7 tablespoons of oil and 3 of vinegar. Once the roe has cooled down then add the tomato, onion and green pepper.

Typing

At first for my typing I used bbc dance mat typing but it was a pain so now I've downloaded keyblaze typing tutor

Google chrome

Google chrome is definitely faster than Internet explorer and Mozilla firefox.
The home page is a block full of windows and each window has one of your most visited pages. If you click on a window it automatically opens the page inside it. It is free and fast to download. I think it is the fastest browser yet created.
It is fast but it is very simple. It is a four out of five star browser.

Carrillada

Ingredients/Ingredientes:
  • Olive oil/Aceite de oliva
  • 2 Onions/2 Cebollas
  • 3 Cloves of garlic/3 Dientes de ajo
  • 2 Teaspoons of paprika/2 Cucharaditas de pimentón
  • 1Kg of Red meat/1Kg de Carrillada de cerdo
  • 2 Tomatoes/2 Tomates
  • 500 g of Carrots/500 g de Zanahorias
  • 4 Bay leaves/4 Hojas de laurel
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt/1 Cucharadita de sal
  • 200 ml of Chicken stock/200 ml de Caldo de pollo
Method/Método:

Chop and fry the onion and garlic then put everything (including the onion and garlic) in the pressure cooker then bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes/Corta y frie el ajo y la cebolla y luego echalos con todo lo demás en la olla exprés. Después de que rompa a hervir, déjalo cocinar 20 minutos.
